If you are an iAgent Kavach user (Web or Mobile), the subject line should read: 'iAgent Kavach data deletion request'.
If you are a Bimabag user, the subject line should read: 'Bimabag data deletion request'.
The email should include all necessary details to help us identify and delete your account and associated data.
We may use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer service support, send you important information about the services, and send you marketing communications (with your consent) via different channels, including but not limited to SMS, Email, WhatsApp, RCS and Voice.
Our platform provides Gmail integration exclusively for registered agents. This feature is available only after secure login and allows agents to send emails directly from their own Gmail accounts to clients.
Purpose of Access: We request access to your Gmail account solely to enable you to send emails to your clients using your own Gmail address. Emails are sent only when you explicitly initiate an action within the agent dashboard. We do not send emails without your knowledge or consent.
